Almost any self-respecting framework contains a WebView / WebBrowser component or something like that. Put it on the form, write your address there, after loading the page, pull your method, which will get the information you need and send it to the server in a separate stream with some kind of curl.
You do not need your own browser, but let's say a plugin for the same google chrome, in which you already collect the information of interest and send it to the server.
The gaming industry usually uses (or rather used) forks of browsers (most often FF), with hardwired restrictions.
