Create user for Dante via node js?

How to create users using node js for subsequent authorization on a proxy server raised on Dante?
I tried in a tricky way, through node-cmd, to call the command "sudo adduser -p NeedPass User", but this approach does not work, because the password is not assigned. And calling "sudo passwd User" via node-cmd is problematic...
