Create shortcuts android?

I accidentally deleted the folder with YouTube-chrome from the screen, and I don’t know how to restore it. I tried settings-applications-hold with your finger: it does not appear to create a shortcut. Android 7.1

I figured it out, there are dots on the bottom of the main screen, applications are hidden in them and you already drag shortcuts there
