Create an organization account in vCloud Director. Can't find examples. How can I do this using the API?

I need to programmatically create an organization account in vCloud Director via an API. I can't find API examples for working with vCloud Director. Docks found some, but they are all vague, not fixed with practical examples. I want to do it in JAVA, but if you can help in another language, that's fine too.
PS I will be glad to materials with examples of work.
