Create a website version in a non-existent language?

Hello. A few days earlier I already asked for help, but I did not receive exhaustive answers, I try again:
There is a region in which the main language is not Russian. There, in most cases, they google in their own language, but they write words in Latin letters. That is, for example, the word "sofa" is written "divan", "Cheap furniture" is googled "deshevaya mebel", etc., I think the meaning is clear. Question: in order to promote my site in the search results for queries written in this way, do I need to write all the headings and other texts "v takom format"? Or is there still some rational way to advance in the search for such requests and write the texts on the site in a normal language? Thank you.
