CPU power consumption during overclocking?

Who will tell you if you compare the prots in the stock frequency and in overclocking (by the multiplier). Will idle power consumption be different?

If we approach this matter according to classical physics, then as much as you increased the clock frequency, both the power consumption and the dissipated heat increased (in direct proportion) by the same amount. With the supply voltage, it is a little different - there the power and heat increase in proportion to the square of the voltage. Well, if both of them increased, then both coefficients must be multiplied.
It is possible that there is also a non-linear component in these processes - then there will be a difference from such a simple formula. But I believe that this difference is unlikely to be significant (on the strength of a few percent).
