I think it's no secret to anyone that opsos with their double standards and super profits at our expense have already got many.
Therefore, I want to talk about a small precedent and ask for your advice.

My oppos has a wonderful New Year's gift promotion . The bottom line is that when you replenish your account by a certain amount within a month, you can receive a reward to your bonus account. The account was replenished, bonuses received. Yes, that's bad luck - the validity period of bonuses is only 7 days. I decided to spend them on replenishing the balance of vk.com. I paid everything, checked the bonus account - the money is gone, everything is fine.
The next morning, I check the account again and what I see is that from the main account the amount to which I replenished the balance of vk.com migrated to the bonus account (which, by the way, was supposed to be reset the next day). That is, the opsos first deducted money from the bonus account, and then decided that it would be too big a gift on his part and withdrew money from the main account.

Is there a chance to win the case if you bring it to court?
Indeed, in this case, it is quite problematic to track the status of the account - the statement of the opsos may contain data that is beneficial to him.
And how to interpret what exactly you can use the bonus account for if the item “sms to short numbers” is absent in both prohibited and permitted ways of using. Nevertheless, bonuses are allowed to be used for "sending SMS and MMS messages to the numbers of subscribers of mobile and fixed-line operators of the CDMA standard of Ukrainian telecommunications operators."

Here is the case when short numbers were not recognized as subscriber numbers (which, in general, I suspected, because vk.com does not use the operator's communication services)

But Avant-Mobile is not an MTS subscriber, and short numbers do not belong to subscriber

But on the other hand, there are no short numbers in the "Accrued bonuses can NOT be used" list, therefore
