Course management system?

The organization runs (relatively) short courses (offline, but with online registration).
We need a system with the following features:
1) Creation of reports of various forms from student applications submitted through a web form;
2) The schedule of classes so that a) there are no overlaps with teachers in different courses; b) classes in different cities did not immediately follow each other (a person should have time to get to his destination).
It is desirable to be able to install on your own server.
