Could the arduino break if it was pulled out of the computer at the time the sketch was loaded?

Hello. There is an arduino on atmega32u4 with usb outputs. At the first start everything was fine, it was recognized as arduino micro, mouse and keyboard. But after, for the test, I uploaded a sketch into it, which constantly typed a word. And it worked. As soon as I inserted the arduino, the letters immediately began to be entered. But with further downloads of the sketch, it bothered me that the entire editor is in the letters of this word. And it so happened that at the time of loading, I pulled out the arduino. Now the computer also displays it as an arduino micro, but the download does not go. She seems to be endless. How can this be fixed?

Flash the Arduino bootloader using an ICSP programmer. For example, using a second Arduino, in which to upload the sketch ArduinoISP.

Here is how the problem was solved. It was necessary immediately after compilation, as the download began within an hour, to press the reset button, or, in my case, connect pin res and gnd.
