"Could not open input file: *" error?

When trying to execute any commands with composer in cmd (for example: composer -v, etc.), it gives an error: "Could not open input file: *". Composer added to path. Yesterday everything was working, but I decided to switch to phpStorm and when setting it up, maybe I did something wrong :)
