CORS blocking when accessing api with parameters?

When accessed from the front there was a cors blockage. I installed and configured the corsheaders library and everything started working. But as soon as I started adding parameters (?page=...), the lock returned. The problem is definitely not at the front and not in the apish, I double-checked a simple call to the url and a page request a thousand times. What can be the reason for this error and how to fix it?
