Correct translation of the App Store Review Guidelines?

Hello.
Is there a normal translation of the subject somewhere? My English seems to be okay, but I cling to the details.
In particular, we are interested in pp. 11.3 and 11.13. Maybe someone here can clarify?
11.3 Apps using IAP to
purchase physical goods or goods and services used outside of the App will be
rejected used in the App, such as a "buy" button that goes to a web site to purchase a digital book, will be rejected
Apps that link to external purchase or subscription mechanisms for use within the app, such as a "Buy" button that takes you to a website to purchase a digital book, will be rejected.
What I need is to place just the "Buy" button, which in a web view (or whatever it is) or even fi with it, in the browser, will open a site with a page where you can buy something electric - a book, a game for PC or consoles, etc.
Item 11.3 seems to fly by, does not fit my case. I will not sell anything through the IAP directly. What's questionable about 11.13 is the phrase "for use in the app", and right there comes "purchasing a digital book". Did you translate incorrectly? Or what?
I would be grateful for the help of experts.

Are you OK.
The first point says that you cannot buy real goods for in-app purchases.
The second point says that you can not buy internal resources of the application using third-party payments.
UPD The moment about the book is not much wrong. There is an example of a book reader application in which books are purchased through non-internal purchases.

Everything is correct according to clause 11.13: if your purchases are in no way related to the content of the application (subscriptions, points, improvements, etc.), then you can safely file a payment button. All fines are paid.
