Correct microdata for products (schema)?

Made micro-markup according to the schema.org format (products).
The price is not a problem for them - validation by Google passes, by Yandex - no. (requires offers)
I put offers with the seller, asks to enter the price and currency.
Is there any way to get by without the price?

I think it's unlikely. The logic assumes that if the product is in stock, then it is sold. If it's for sale, it must have a price! Otherwise, the developers of the scheme simply "flew an exception" in their heads - how is it, the goods are sold, but there is no price ?!
