Correct 301 wordpress link redirect after CNC change?

Good afternoon. There is a problem, there is a site, it has +/- 150-200 links, all of the standard type site.ru/?pageid=124. Now we need to convert it to a normal CNC, but manually register so many links, somehow not ale. How can you solve this easier?

1) as far as I know, when you change the CNC, the links will be updated, and if not, then:
2) install the yoast seo premium plugin. it has an automatic redirect setting. After changing the CNC, the plugin should pick up the redirects.
3) you can take old links and a new slug from the database, match and create a list of redirects and add them to htaccess or Yoast SEO Premium
