Corporate mail on Yandex Connect. How to recover letters?

Hello. Help to understand, the situation is as follows:
1. there is a site to which mail from Yandex was connected. i.e. mx, txt and other records for corporate mail were added to the domain. everything worked great.
2. the site was moved to another hosting, the domain registrar changed the ns record of the domain for the site to work on the new hosting. and on the hosting they forgot to change mx, txt and other records for mail to work. accordingly, the mail stopped working
3. in order to get the mail working, we tried (out of ignorance) to delete the site in Yandex Connect and add it again. It is IMPORTANT that the site was deleted from one account, and added to another. it did not give any result.
4. and only after all this we added all the domain records on the hosting. mail worked.
And so a problem that all mail was deleted after all these manipulations. Question: is it possible to restore mail and how? and at what stage all mail could be lost?

At the stage of deleting a domain from Yandex.Connect.
Try to return the domain to the previous Yandex.Connect account. Then write to Yandex.Connect support describing the situation and asking what can be done.
