Sorry, but I'm completely off topic, so I want to ask the community.
Our company wants to order applications for Android and iOS and wants to make them available only to its employees.
Do I need to publish them in AppleStore and Google Play?
I know that under android it was possible to use apk installers (for example, send by mail), is this possible for ios?

For iOS, you can make your own B2B application and distribute it through the App Store only to certain users:
