Cordova start page your url?

content src="./index.html" /> // DEFAULT
    content src="/" /> //  EISDIR: illegal operation on a directory, read
    content src="http://localhost:8000/" />  //   http://localhost:8000/http://localhost URL???

Docs, but the application on the phone opens the first 404 page. there is no such hostname/index.html page in nuxt or vue, in our case.
