Cordova deleted my files, how to recover?

Good evening, I had a problem, I was writing an application on cordova, at some point I needed to install the whitelist plugin, I wrote cordova plugin add cordova-plugin-whitelist and cordova prepare. Next, I go to the folder with my application and see that cordova has erased all my files that I created, wrote code in them, etc. I need urgent help, how can I cancel this command? what happened? how to return everything back and is it possible to do this?
