I found such a cool thing as Cordova, I started to study, but I didn’t understand how to connect devices via bluetooth.
Please explain to me from and to what needs to be done to connect devices via bluetooth?

Cordova is not a cool thing. Forget her before it's too late. I advise you to start learning react native. There are a lot of native modules for rn. npm
