Copying from browser to word with pictures!?

The user has a problem: When copying from any site via Edge or IE to Word 2016 from under Windows 10, text is copied, but not pictures. When copying only pictures, the picture is inserted. What can be wrong?
PS Computers in the domain.

MICROSOFT OFFICE | what the hell?
MS Office does not like to receive pictures from untrusted sources outside of the computer. In Outlook, for example, in order for pictures to be loaded in a message, the source must be in the trusted list.

I tried to copy from Chrome to the same Chrome only in Word Online and the pictures are copied, it's a pity that this is not
what you need, maybe later the document can be opened in the same office as needed
PS I don't have an office, but I tried to save from Word Online to .docx and open without Internet in Word Pad and pictures are copied

This is the second drop-down spoiler

If it's not saved like that, then first we make a screenshot, save it to the computer / copy / paste.
