Copying folders with wildcards in path?

You need to do something like this:
copy C:\Folder1\ C:\Folder2\*\Folder3\
In Linux, this works fine, but in Windows it swears on the wrong path (tried copy, xcopy and robocopy).
Maybe I'm doing something wrong or do I need to use some keys for the command?

Protko @Fesor

As far as I know the only way to work with wildcards in paths is using ForFiles . If it's not, I'll be happy. Because it's useful.
