Copy/paste from other applications not working in PHPStorm

OS: Kubuntu 13.04 Java 8 I copy some piece of code in the browser. Switching to PHPStorm. I insert. Nothing is inserted. I click on klipper in the tray, there is a piece in the buffer list. I click on it. Only then is it inserted into PHPStorm. This started to happen about 2-3 weeks ago.

Issue, apparently, this one. Similarly, copy/paste broke on mint 15 (13.10). Today I updated java 8, everything worked.

java -version
java version "1.8.0-ea"
Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.8.0-ea-b115)
Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM (build 25.0-b57, mixed mode)

Do you have multiple phpstorm windows running at once? It happens to me with pycharm (when there are several windows). I did not look at their issues on the topic of Orthodox treatment, but for me it is treated by simply pressing ctrl + A in all open windows.
