Coordinates of the borders of the districts of the Moscow region?
It’s the borders, not the center
I can’t find anywhere :(
I can’t even find the administrative-territorial division of districts imposed on Yandex (Odintsovsky, Istrinsky, etc.) - that is, I could mark the points myself and get the coordinates of the polygon.
Not It
is necessary to search for objects (having coordinates) located inside any of the regions. In
principle, any other map will do, the coordinates do not change from this.

As an option, you can try OSM data, although I'm not completely sure about district divisions, but I still think they should be.
You can read about the data structure here: habrahabr.ru/post/146503/
About the administrative division here: http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/RU:Key:boundary
The data itself can be obtained here: wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki /Planet.osm (although most likely you will immediately go here: gis-lab.info/projects/osm_dump/index.html#.D0.94.D0.B0.D0.BD.D0.BD.D1.8B.D0. B5 )
Total:
1. run through the data
2. find objects of interest (administrative division)
3. find coordinates for these objects (Node)
Although I still think that somewhere you can find ready-made data.
