Cookies do not last long when published to the server, how to fix it?

I publish asp.core 3.1 server on REG.RU using IIS. After authorization, cookies are written:

*** expires=Sat, 20 Nov 2021 12:13:53 GMT; path=/; samesite=strict; httponly

A year before, the lifetime, but after 5 minutes they are deleted, what could be the problem and how to fix it? I don't know what else to write about the issue.
