Convert video to cartoon?
If you google image cartoonizer , you can understand what I mean.
In theory, if you make a storyboard and each frame, since this is a picture, apply a filter and then glue everything together again.
What tools are available for this?
Is it possible to do this with ffmpeg? (for automation)
