Convenient CRUD application in PHP

Please advise a script for editing directories in the database (like metro lines and stations, a list of positions, etc.).

I would like not just scaffolding, but a convenient interface with a choice of foreign keys from a list, typed fields and other goodies. But not an overloaded analogue of phpMyAdmin, you only need to manage directories without administering the database.
