Contacting your local host via httpClient stopped working?

I don't know what is involved. But when I was on php 7.1, I could contact the local host through the same postman and so on. Now when I switched to php 7.3, it stopped working for me. That is, the page is displayed in the browser, but if you go to postman, it cannot display this page
