Contact manager?

Good afternoon
For 10 years of using mail, phone, I have copied 16 thousand contacts in Google Contacts.
I would like to clean them (Delete records by a certain filter)
Split into folders, by mail domains (For example, when domain = company)
Google contacts do not even allow you to automatically select all search results.
Any advice on how to solve this issue? actually need an interface for google contacts

Maybe I won't give you a solution, but I'll show you the way.
Google has the ability to export contacts to CSV. And then you can already in the same Outlook (or other software that you like) play around with the file as you please.

Upload contacts to a text file (CSV like), open it in a powerful text editor, clean the file (I made a macro because the contacts were duplicated 2 times), upload everything back.
