Contact card layout?

I'm doing layout for a site in Java (template) I'm making up a contact card, a page on which all the cards are displayed. The problem is that the card takes up 1/3 of the screen and there is too much space on 15 inches, and even more on wide screens. How can I make the cards line up across the entire screen area (limited by divs). What are the libraries?
