Constant system freezes under heavy load, how to understand what is the reason?

Hello. I assembled a computer in January of this year (don't throw stones at once about the process) for solid, 3d Max and autocad. Plus the game but at a minimum...still wanted to touch the latest creations of the gaming industry. Now to the core of the problem. It's been a month since I've been trying to understand what the problem is, and the problem is this: when the system is loaded (any load: AutoCAD, 3dmax, solid, the latest released games, it completely freezes (the most interesting thing is that there are days when everything works stably) sometimes with a characteristic sound of trrrrr from the speakers and without restarting in any way. What I tried: a system crash test (hangs), rearranging the dice, reinstalling Windows and all drivers, including the vidyuhu, disabling and enabling the paging file.Nothing helps.I ask for help from smart people. Thanks in advance...

Options:
1. RAM. How to test: extended memtest 7-8 runs. It is better to put it at night - see it in the morning.
2. BP. How to check: you may be lucky and you will see drawdowns in AIDA64, but better with a multimeter. I will throw a stone in the direction of the BP. What is "Xilence"?!
3. Perhaps some problems with the processor firmware. Just update your bios to the latest version. See the manufacturer's website.
4. Overheating, hardly, but look at the temperature there - in the same AIDA
5. It doesn't look like disks either. Look at what's in SMART - e.
6. There is a possibility that the video card is junk. Try running tasks that are demanding on the video card, such as a furmark, and not demanding, such as the Aida stress test.
Total:
Update bios, check memory, check voltages, run stress tests.
Your goal is to understand where the problem is and how to reproduce the hang.

Have you checked the disk?

Faced somehow with a similar problem. Try to pull out the Internet cable from the network card and just disable the network card in the system. In this mode, drive the PC, if it passes, just replace the network one. I have decided so.

What frequency is the memory running at? I'll try to disable the XMP profile.
Make sure the bios disables memory and cpu overclocking.

See Machine check exceptions (MCE) entries. If there is something in them, they will help you understand at least the subsystem that causes problems.
For example, my old computer has been freezing for several months. It can be seen from the MCE records that all hard drives fall off at once, therefore I conclude that the problem is either with power or with the bridge where the disk controller is located.
