Constant focus loss in browser(any)?

Permanent focus disappears in the browser (any)?
Active focus:

Inactive focus:

And the focus switches quite frequently, every 5-9 sec.
And it becomes impossible to work at the same time when you print text at the same time.
What to do in this case?

This behavior is typical if you have an application running in parallel that is constantly active. I had this with the Wi-Fi connection managers from Asus, it searched for networks in a constant mode and knocked down the focus. You need to check your computer for viruses and find out what kind of program is pulling the system.
