Console not working in PyCharm?

I try to install pip in PyCharm, I enter python get-pip.py into the console, as a result, the constant error
"python" is not an internal or external
command, executable program or batch file.

There, pip is not installed in the console, but in File -> Settings -> Project: (name of your project) -> Project Interpreter and then click on the plus icon, then select the pip package from the list and install it.
