Connection disconnection with OpenVPN server, how to prevent?

I use 3G and the operator I use sometimes cuts the connection (for 1-2 seconds) to change the IP, respectively, at the same time the connection to the OpenVPN server drops and is restored only after reconnect.
How to prevent reconnect?
