Connecting to postgresql 9.5 db via pgAdmin?

Hello, I installed postgresql9.5 on the purchased Ubuntu VPS
as a confirmation that everything is OK, I attach a screenshot of the
/l command that shows a list of all databases
I want to connect to the database I use the
pgAdmin program all all 127.0.0.1/32 md5 host all all 0.0.0.0/0/24 md5/password # IPv6 local connections: error could not connect to server: Connection refused (0x0000274D/10061) Is the server running on host "server ip " and accepting TCP/IP connections on port 5432?

9.5 uses port 5433 by default for me . It netstat -atwill show open ports. Or you can look in the config /etc/postgresql/9.5/main/postgresql.conf.
