Connecting and disconnecting internet connection Obj-c?

Hello, I searched the entire Internet, tried people on stackoverflow, found only this thing , but I don’t understand anything. How to implement the connection and disconnection of the Internet connection through the code?
Interested in an example (elementary, just to understand what we call - what we get) or the names of objects with which you can implement this , I got to the bottom of NSNetworkInterface , got the very interface through which the connection occurs, but I don’t know how to use it now affect , disable or connect... Also, I dug up NSNetworkConnection , the apple documentation says that this allows you to create, start and stop connections, take data on various goodies , etc., but I just don’t have enough brains how to wrap it all up ...
PS I'm writing under Mac OS X.
