Connecting a referral service for the site?

Referral programs

We have a site for the sale of services. We want to try to increase sales through a referral program.
I really don’t want to do all this mechanics myself (accounting cookies, someone brought someone, automating payments, etc.) + gaining trust (after all, some affiliate programs “muddle up” with payments).
I suspect that there are services for this task. In addition, such that referrals have confidence in them.
Please advise something both for the Runet zone and for worldwide expansion :-)

I have not met such .. Your service, so make the system for yourself ..

The external referral system knows at most that ?ref=123 is an IamG user and ?ref=456 is MonkAlbino. Payments, effective actions on the referral link - all this is already specific to your system and not universal.
