Connect a file from an external server to a GIT project, perhaps?

Good afternoon friends, is it possible to connect the distribution kit of this project https://github.com/envato/wp-envato-market to my GIT project?
In the description there is a link to the finished file, I want this file to be automatically picked up in my project, how can I implement this?

Every time I say subtree is much easier and safer to use than module.
