Conflict 2 SIM of the same operator in a smartphone?

Good day.
Faced the following problem: in the LG P698 smartphone I use 2 sim cards of the same operator (Megaphone). With enviable constancy, I observe the disappearance of one of the SIM cards (I suspect, after inactivity for a long time - if you do not switch the module to this SIM card for several hours), which is treated only by rebooting the device. The phone simply states that there is no physical SIM card. After the reboot, it appears, i.e. I don't fix it in the nest.
The question arose: is it a general problem of using two SIM cards of one operator in a phone with one radio module, or did it coincide with my hardware / firmware? There is no way to test the work on another phone.
Thanks in advance for your replies.

Most likely, the operator does not like that there are two subscribers (two SIM cards) with one IMEI in the network.

Smart 2011, then there was such a problem with devices. I advise you to ask in the branch on w3bsit3-dns.com about this problem.

Have you tried changing places? Try a second sim from another carrier?
