Config for wvdial for tele2 operator - internet connection?

Hello, I'm trying to set up a USB modem for Internet access - but with different configs I always encounter the same error.

If that modem works and was tested on another Ubuntu

At startup, everything falls into an error when trying to dial a number, rummaged through a bunch of configs from the Internet, I always return to the same error, and I can’t figure out why this is happening.
Maybe someone who has come across this will tell you what to add to the config? or any other ideas?
