I need to see what the webcam of a computer on android shows. Internet speed is good (20 Mbps). You need to be able to do this on Linux. And it is desirable that the quality of the picture was good. I liked the iCam program, but it only works in Windows. Tell me please. Thanks in advance!

Have you tried IP Cam Viewer ?

tinyCam Monitor - on android, on line, set up streaming via VLC. Theoretically it should work.
