Computer won't start, black screen, what's the problem?

There was another maternal one, I used it, as a result, the other day I went to a beautiful world (or not, the socket for feeding the processor burned out). I took an old motherboard (the last time I worked, I didn’t use it because the processor is weaker on it, and a maximum of 8 GB of RAM is available, on a burned-out 32). The power supply decided to immediately buy a new one, more powerful because this one is not suitable for work. I turn on the old motherboard, there is nothing, the black screen, the coolers work, the bridges do not heat up quickly, I changed the strips, the battery, reset the BIOS with a blue little thing, rearranging it, when I put the RAM in the second and fourth slots, there is a long squeak, when there is no squeak in the first slot and the third but the screen is still black. The monitor is fixed, the video card too, the processor too, the teeth are not damaged. BP is also healthy because it's new. I noticed that when you turn on the computer, deaf shocks immediately occur (in different ways from 3 to 6) approximately. The green lamp in the Internet area also lights up for a second, I can send a video if needed.

If this happened to me, the first thing I would do would be to change the power plug of the processor to a serviceable one, taken from some burned mother. What's wrong with the original plug? It happens that the contact worsens, the contacts overheat, and the plastic melts. In this case, you can carefully "gnaw" this connector with a soldering iron, then separately solder its contacts, and then clean the holes (with a stainless steel needle under heating with a soldering iron) and solder another of the same into them. The main thing at the same time is accuracy, so as not to add some more to the existing defect. Along the way, I advise you to pay attention to electrolytic capacitors, and if among them there are swollen (at least a little), solder them at the same time.
I turn on the old motherboard, nothing
This is a separate matter, and PMSM, it’s better not to waste time and effort on this, but to repair the one with the connector that started it all, because it’s still better. So if you send a photo-video, then it is for her, and not for the old one.
