Computer with WI-FI adapter. Why does the Internet often stop working, although the connection works?
It costs the most common WI-FI router (HUAWEI). The Internet often stops working on the computer (it catches it with the help of an adapter), sites stop loading at all (I get endless loading). At the same time, in the network window it is written that the PC is connected to the Internet, it does not see any problems. With all this, WI-FI works fine on my laptop, my smartphone and on the smartphones of relatives and friends, there are no problems with the Internet at this moment. Sometimes it helps to reconnect WI-FI in the networks window. If it doesn’t help, then rebooting the router, which, in turn, always returns the Internet to work.
A similar thing happened on a laptop, but this is extremely rare. At the same time, in the networks window it was written not "Connected", but "Limited".
What could be the problem? I think it's in the Wi-Fi adapter, but I'm not sure about it. And will the technical support of the provider help me?
