Computer (PC) does not turn on?

Bring the computer home. Before that everything worked great. I turn it on, it does not react at all. Even the speaker does not beep. I assembled a new computer a month ago, brought it from St. Petersburg to the village for 2k km.
And here is such a miracle.
The power supply is ok, I tried different networks. The indicator on the board itself is on, but everything that is connected to f_panel (LEDs, speaker, buttons) does not work, although usually the LEDs on the front panel glow until the start button is pressed. I checked the circuit at the button, everything is fine there. I think maybe that with this panel is not so on the motherboard.
I ask for advice guys. There is no SC nearby. The nearest city is 400 km. Maybe something can be done? There is a multimeter. I think tomorrow I'll learn how to use it, I'll try to measure what they give out ...
Help me out (
+ Tried to close the power sw with a screwdriver. Doesn't work

although normally the LEDs on the front panel are lit until the start button is pressed

And this is completely wrong!
FrontPanel - not a "panel", but simply a "block" of connectors, in the sense - a bunch of connectors assembled into one block.
I support NaName - take it all apart and plug it in on the table, one component at a time to test. Start by connecting only the speaker and leaving only the processor with its heatsink on the motherboard. Then connect the PSU - listen to the "beep", draw a conclusion based on the results, then the memory, then the video card, then the disk.
Do not connect buttons and LEDs, close the switching contacts directly in the block (there are only two of them) with a screwdriver or a paper clip, also with a reset if necessary.
