Computer freezes when playing, how to fix the problem?

Good time of the day.
For the last 3 months I have been watching the computer freeze, after that only the power button saves.
The freeze itself occurs within an hour when you play any game (the level of graphics is different).
I tried different versions of the driver for the video card.
System:
Win10 or OS X 10.11
i5-4760k, DDR3 10gb, GF960GTX (2gb), SSD, 750w block
In the Event Viewer there is a log
The driver \Driver\WUDFRd failed to load for the device ACPI\PNP0A0A\2&daba3ff&2.
The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly.

I also looked at the temperature.
At the moment of hovering, degrees Celsius:
Video - 59
CPU - 42
Disk - 38
I also did memory diagnostics before loading Windows.
Question:
Where to look for a problem and how to analyze?
upd
Today I installed 32 gig kingston hyperx fury.
Changed the power supply to a new one.
Hard drives are all SSD.
Conducted tests in AIDA 64, various benchmarks, etc.
I twisted the video to the fullest, using all modern NVIDIA technologies, I ran the tests for an hour.
Everything is good.
I decided to play Diablo 3.
After a couple of hours, I caught a freeze. Then again.
On what to sin, I do not know.

There was something similar, I decided to solder ceramic capacitors to the motherboard in parallel with electrolytes - who would have thought, but they still don’t know how to do power supplies on motherboards.

Test your video memory. I had this on a defective GTX560 once - it turned out to be a factory marriage of video memory.
