Compressing images on the server?

Image processing

Purpose: to bind image compression (like IMGO ) to CMS, so that when images are loaded, processing takes place.
Problem: hosting (not a dedicated server), no access to fine-tuning and installation of libraries required for IMGO.
Can you advise something?

1) Find an online service that will do this for you
2) Install a virtual machine and install the necessary software there
3) Change hosting :)

You can hang a watcher that will monitor the appearance of new images in the directory and compress them,
