Composed view in angularJS?

Why does it say here that angularjs doesn't have composed view? In my opinion, through derivatives it is quite realizable.

Take the same angular-ui-router .
And generally speaking. I've noticed a trend that people who "smear" AngularJS simply haven't mastered it. Too difficult for them.
It is not without drawbacks, but it is an order of magnitude higher than all existing front-end solutions.
