Comodo or GlobalSign?
I went to choose SSL, on one site all Comodos start from 3 thousand, on the other all Comodos start from 600 rubles (question 1, what's the difference?).
There are also certificates from Globalsign, from 1000. Which one to take? And how does comodo lose to GlobalSign?

On the official site from 70 dollars a year. I recommend to trust the official site.
I have a certificate from GlobalSign (I even stuck an icon at the bottom https://maagames.ru/ ), but I got it for free, reg.ru distributes it for free to those hosted by them. And the difference... I don't think there is a fundamental difference. At least for me there is no difference.
Comodo certification requires a notarized translation of all documents into English. I don't know about GlobalSign.
The previous commentator answered not quite correctly
1) the difference between the official site and partner sites is about the same as in domains - you can buy a domain for 600 rubles, or you can buy it for 99 or less - it will all be the same domain.
For example, on our site https://www.isplicense.ru/services/ssl-sert/ there is a large selection of certificates at prices lower than the site, while we are an official partner of certification centers with the relevant documents. Due to the large volume of sales, we guarantee a low price.
2) "Comodo certification requires a notarized translation of all documents into English. "
This is not true, this translation is only required for certificates with organization validation and extended validation. At the same time, when buying from many partners, translation of documents is not required.
For cheap certificates, if the goal is to "set https", you can take the cheapest one - it will work identically.
By and large, it doesn't matter, Comodo or GlobalSign. Look at the other options you need and choose where it's cheaper (some resellers charge up the cost a lot). Here are some recommendations for choosing a certificate: https://devaka.ru/articles/ssl-tips
