Comodo dynamite certificate edition. And how are you?

I'm trying SSL. Decided to start with Free SSL for 90 days from Comodo. I generated everything, uploaded the CSR, the domain was validated. In the personal account it says "wait for the certificate." There are no more than 5 days, technical support is dynamite, the chat does not help either: they say "we will check the order now", "wait", "one more minute", after half an hour they fall off.
Is this normal? I understand that I'm requesting a free certificate, but still!

You did something wrong.
They issue a certificate very quickly.
As soon as they check that you put the necessary file on your site / registered an entry in DNS .....

Never asked for free. Paid ones are always released ... relatively on time :) Why is it relative - I always order through nic.ru, so there is always someone to kick. So it often happens that after a kick in nic.ru, a certificate is magically issued right there. From which I conclude that ordinary lazy blockheads are sitting there :)
As for the status, the validation did not pass to the end. Until the status ceases to be validated, the certificate will not be issued - basically bots work there.
