In order to write a comment in such a topic, you need to do the following:
1. Open - habrahabr.ru/new/
2. Find the voice we need in the list.
3. Move the mouse over the topic above the voice. It should be something like habrahabr.ru/blogs/conference/109294/ - 109294 is the post number.
4. Open it and manually change the number at the end of the address to the number - 1. We do it until we get to the voice. We usually hit on the first take.

I want to note that the method that led, does not always work. If an article that was previously saved as drafts is published after the vote, the number may be slightly different.
Let me explain: I decided to post an article on Monday, but I am writing it today. When I save it, the article will get a number, let's say 100000. Before Monday, there were 50 more articles in the new one. Voice appeared on Monday with the number 100051, and after that I published the saved article with the number 100000. voice number 99999.
