Coming up with corporate email addresses?

I'm coming up with corporate email addresses, and I don't know what to do. Need a best practice, who's to tell me it?

alternative: [email protected] (this is the address that will be dictated by phone)
but it is more difficult with namesakes - you have to operate abbreviations and prefixes.
But with an alternative e-mail in the form of a telephone, the need for memorization will disappear.
